1. Organizer
The competition is organized by FORMAT67 MEDIA HOUSE GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”). It is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Instagram. The sole point of contact for this competition is the Organizer.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to all individuals who have reached the age of 18. Employees of the Organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. By participating in the competition, participants accept these terms and conditions.
3. Participation Conditions
Participation in the competition requires following the account, commenting on, and sharing the post. Each participant may only enter once. Participation is free of charge.
The competition begins on December 6, 2024, and ends on December 13, 2024, at 8:00 PM GMT+1.
4. Prizes
A total of 10 packages containing clothing items (1 hoodie or windbreaker and 1 T-shirt featuring the Organizer’s logo) will be raffled among all valid entries.
Each package also includes a “We Color The Streets” coloring book and FORMAT67 stickers.
There is no explicit claim to specific colors or sizes of the clothing items.
Winners’ preferences regarding color and size will only be considered if available.
Cash payments or exchanges of the prizes are excluded.
5. Procedure and Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by a random draw after the competition ends.
Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram by no later than December 20, 2024.
If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
6. Exclusion of Participants
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in case of violations of these terms or attempts to manipulate the competition.
Entries that violate Instagram’s community guidelines or applicable laws may also be excluded.
7. Data Protection
Personal data of participants (e.g., Instagram username, name, address) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition.
This data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
The data will be deleted after the competition ends, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

8. Publication of Winners
By participating in the competition, winners agree that the Organizer may publish their Instagram username in connection with the winner announcement.
Photos or videos of winners may only be published with their express consent.
9. Disclaimer
The Organizer is not liable for technical disruptions that may affect participation in the competition or for the competition being unavailable.
10. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
11. Changes and Early Termination
The Organizer reserves the right to change, adjust, or terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice, particularly if technical or legal reasons make it necessary.
12. Applicable Law
The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
